Can a captain without a compass reach the right port? The four directions of human resources.
On this flight, which accompanies the third episode of the Human Resources Essentials series, you test yourself on the four focus areas of successful human resources, environmental developments, ethical policies, measurement and benchmarking, and the place and internal structure of the HR department in the organisation. When you complete the flight, you earn the HR Compass Keeper badge and light the third star on your badge board.
How to play?
Briefing: You learn the route of the flight and your mission.
Mission: You place cards into the four directions of the compass, four environmental developments and the positions in the HR department, then test every detail of the episode with fifty-two questions.
Decision moment: In a fictional, fast-growing organisation, you decide where the HR department will report and how it will be set up. Every right decision earns flight hours; a wrong decision reduces your fuel, but the flight goes on.
Video bonus: If you watch the episode video from inside the game, the hours you earn on that flight are doubled.
You can change the language with the TR / EN button at the top right.
