About the Founder
The founder of the platform, Dr. Tuba Toker, completed her doctorate in Management and Organization and her thesis-based master's degree in Aviation Management at Kocaeli University; through her thesis research on cabin crew, she has conducted academic research on human resources in the aviation industry, and she also has many years of professional experience in the sector. This combination of academic background and applied industry experience is the core element that shapes the content quality of TT Institute Academy.
