Effective Date: July 29, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every visitor who uses the TT Institute Academy website (\u201cSite\u201d) is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Note:<\/strong> As of now, the Site only provides access to free educational content. The membership system (Sign Up\/Log In) and the Article \u2192 Video Conversion Service described in Article D are not yet active; the provisions in these sections will take effect once the relevant features are launched and will be further detailed as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. General Provisions<\/strong>
These Terms of Use govern the terms of use for all services provided by TT Institute Academy (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cSite\u201d). The Site is owned by Tuba Balc\u0131, who currently operates as an independent individual venture; a separate legal entity (company) has not yet been established.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Definitions<\/strong>
User: Any natural person who visits the Site or makes use of its services.
Service: All functions offered through the Site, including the educational content, as well as the membership system and the Article \u2192 Video conversion service to be launched in the future.
Content: All video, text, visual, course material, and similar materials found on the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. Account Creation<\/strong>
Once the membership system becomes active, the account creation requirements (age limit, required information, declaration obligations, etc.) will be specified separately in this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D. Service Description<\/strong>
TT Institute Academy provides, or plans to provide, the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Educational Content: Video lessons previously published on YouTube and integrated into the Site under academic sections such as Management Sciences, Philosophy of Science, Educational Sciences, Digital Transformation, Aviation & Strategy, and Short Learning & Shorts. This content is offered free of charge and is accessible without membership. Once the membership system becomes active, members will also be able to access additional features such as quizzes, progress tracking, and (once implemented) certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article \u2192 Video Conversion Service: A paid, professional video production service planned to allow users to submit their own academic articles through the Site, processed via template selection and an order procedure. This service is not yet active; once launched, the operating rules (request form, evaluation, approval, and proposal process) will be detailed in this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E. Usage Restrictions<\/strong>
Users may not use the Site for the following purposes:
Unlawful, fraudulent activities, or activities that infringe the rights of third parties,
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial redistribution of the Content,
Using software, bots, or automated access tools that could harm the system,
Sharing spam, unsolicited content, or misleading information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F. User Responsibilities<\/strong>
Once the membership system becomes active, users will be responsible for ensuring that the information they provide during membership (first name, last name, email) is accurate and up to date, and for protecting their account security (not sharing passwords, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G. Copyright and Intellectual Property<\/strong>
All video, text, and course materials on the Site belong to TT Institute Academy, and all rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the Content is prohibited. Once the Article \u2192 Video service becomes active, videos produced under this service will be eligible for publication on both the TT Institute Academy channel and the Site, unless otherwise agreed in writing. TT Institute Academy reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies necessary to protect its intellectual property rights. Updated provisions take effect as of their publication date, and users will be notified in advance or simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H. Third-Party Links<\/strong>
The Site may contain embedded content and links belonging to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Due to these platforms\u2019 own policies, advertisements may be displayed by the relevant platform before, during, or around the content \u2014 even though TT Institute Academy has no advertising revenue or ad management arrangement \u2014 and such advertisements are not under TT Institute Academy\u2019s control. TT Institute Academy is not responsible for the accuracy, security, or availability of this third-party content. TT Institute Academy reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict access to third-party links at any time. Updated provisions take effect as of their publication date, and users will be notified in advance or simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. Privacy and Data Protection<\/strong>
Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is provided in the KVKK Disclosure Text and Privacy Notice separately published on the Site. Once the membership system becomes active, only first name, last name, and email address will be collected for membership. During the Article \u2192 Video order process, article content and contact information will also be processed. Given the volume and nature of the data processed, TT Institute Academy is a data controller exempt from the obligation to register with VERB\u0130S (the Data Controllers\u2019 Registry).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J. \u201cAs Is\u201d Provision of Services and Disclaimer of Warranty<\/strong>
The Site and all services it contains are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available.\u201d TT Institute Academy makes no express or implied warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. The educational content is intended for informational and academic development purposes and does not constitute professional advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TT Institute Academy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site. TT Institute Academy\u2019s total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Site shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by the relevant user to TT Institute Academy within the preceding 12 months; TT Institute Academy bears no liability for claims arising from free services. This limitation does not affect mandatory rights arising from consumer law that cannot be waived by contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L. Indemnification<\/strong>
The user agrees to indemnify TT Institute Academy against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney\u2019s fees) arising from the user\u2019s breach of these Terms of Use or improper\/unauthorized use of the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Payment and Membership Terms<\/strong>
Membership to the Site will be free of charge (the membership system is currently under development). The Article \u2192 Video conversion service, however, will be offered as a paid service once activated. Once this service is launched, the process will operate as follows: the user completes a request form and submits their article; TT Institute Academy evaluates the request and, if accepted, sends an email containing the proposal, revision rules, distance sales agreement, and KVKK consent; following the user\u2019s approval by email, payment will be collected through the payment infrastructure to be integrated into the Site. Credit\/debit card information will never be seen, stored, or processed by TT Institute Academy under any circumstances; this information will be processed directly through the payment provider\u2019s secure infrastructure. TT Institute Academy reserves the right to change payment and membership terms. Updated terms take effect as of their publication date, and users will be notified in advance or simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N. Advertisements<\/strong>
TT Institute Academy does not currently have an active advertising integration (Google Ads\/AdSense) on its own website. In the future, such an advertising service may be introduced to help fund business expenses. Once an advertising integration becomes active, this section will be updated and users will be notified in advance or simultaneously. Advertisements displayed by the YouTube platform on which the educational content is hosted fall outside this scope and are separately addressed in Section H, Third-Party Links.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O. Account Closure, Termination, and Violations<\/strong>
Once the membership system becomes active, the accounts of users who violate these Terms of Use may be suspended or closed by TT Institute Academy, with or without prior notice. In any case, users may submit their requests and feedback to admin@ttinstituteacademy.com<\/a> this address. TT Institute Academy reserves the right to change its policies regarding account closure and violations. Updated policies take effect as of their publication date, and users will be notified in advance or simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P. Accessibility<\/strong>
TT Institute Academy aims to develop the Site in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility guidelines. You may submit your accessibility-related feedback to admin@ttinstituteacademy.com<\/a> this address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R. Force Majeure<\/strong>
TT Institute Academy cannot be held responsible for any temporary or permanent disruption, delay, or failure to provide services caused by natural disasters, epidemics, war, acts of terrorism, cyberattacks, internet infrastructure failures, disruptions caused by the hosting\/server provider, power outages, or any similar extraordinary circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S. Right to Amend<\/strong>
TT Institute Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms take effect as of their publication date, and users will be notified through the Site as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong>
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. International users acknowledge that, in addition to their own national laws, they are also subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey by virtue of using the Site. The courts and execution offices of Istanbul (Turkey) have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

U. Final Provisions and Contact Information<\/strong>
Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between TT Institute Academy and the user, superseding any prior verbal or informal statements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
No Waiver: TT Institute Academy\u2019s failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right; the right may still be exercised in the future.
Non-Transferability: The user may not transfer their rights under these Terms of Use to third parties. TT Institute Academy may transfer its rights when deemed necessary.
Survival: In the event of the termination or expiration of these Terms of Use, provisions that by their nature should remain in effect \u2014 particularly Sections G, Copyright and Intellectual Property; J, Disclaimer of Warranty; K, Limitation of Liability; L, Indemnification; and T, Governing Law and Jurisdiction \u2014 shall continue to remain in force.
